This is the final step of your order! Choose your payment method(s). Currently, kovaguard.com accepts Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Klarna payments.

Once you have selected your products, you can easily use your promotional offers!
1. Go to your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to checkout".
2. Once you arrive at the payment page, insert your discount code in the right column below the summary.
3. Click on "Apply"
WARNING : If the promotional code entered does not apply, remember to check that your code is entered correctly, its expiry date and its eligibility.

Once your order is registered, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. You can also view your purchase history in your Kova Guard account.
I want to modify/cancel my order, what should I do?

You can cancel/modify your order within 6 hours of placing your order by sending us a request to support@kovaguard.com.
- After the 6-hours period has passed, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel/modify your order.
- No need to worry! You have a 30-day cooling-off period, from receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order.

If you made a mistake or want to change the delivery address, you can request a modification within 6 hours of purchase.
Once this 6-hours period has passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address of your order. It will already be being prepared in our warehouse.

Not entirely satisfied with a purchase? You can easily exchange or return your product free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.
ATTENTION :
- The returned product must be undamaged, accompanied by its accessories and instructions.

Upon receipt of the products, the refund will be made within 10 working days, to the original payment method.
Refund of an order paid for with a bank card
The amount of an order paid by credit card will be credited back to your bank account.
Refund via online credit
You will be reimbursed via an online credit note:
- If your order was paid for using this payment method.
- If you are returning an item received as a gift.
